Delivery Terms & Return Policy
An additional $20 will be imposed on all delivery to Marina Bay Sands (MBS), Resort World Singapore (RWS) or Hotels located in town areas.
Our minimum order is only $100 per order for free delivery per location. However, if your order is under $100, there will be a delivery charge will be imposed.
Our delivery timings are from Monday to Friday excluding Holidays and Eve of Major Holidays eg, Chinese New Year, New Year, and Christmas day.
Our delivery is from Monday to Friday 9am till 4pm excluding public holidays. For same day delivery, please order before 9am. We will be contacting the contact person as stated in your order on the morning of the delivery day if the contact person is unavailable an alternative recipient should be advised.
For urgent delivery which has to be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, public holidays or after office hours, there will be an additional delivery surcharge of $20 per delivery location, however, do contact us to ensure we have an available delivery slot first.
For express delivery, there will be an additional surcharge of $20 per delivery location any time of the day/week, however, do contact us to ensure we have an available delivery slot first.
Delivery of an order shall be deemed completed when we deliver the Product to the Singapore address stated in your order, regardless of the person who takes delivery, upon which title and risk in the Product shall pass to you.
Should there be a rare occasion where we are unable to fulfil an item in your order, you will receive an email or a call, informing you of the issue. In this case, we will either reschedule an alternative delivery date or refund the value of the unfulfilled items to you. Do reach out to us at 8875 8720 should you not receive your full order in 3 working days.
Deliveries will only be made within mainland Singapore.
We are unable to deliver to the following locations including (but not limited to) Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, shipyards. You will be contacted for an alternate shipping address should your address fall under the above-mentioned locations. Return & Exchange Policy
We will only allow for returns or exchanges if you are able to proof manufacture defect in the product received.
All returns and exchanges requests should be highlighted to us within 3 days of goods receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Item must be in its original purchase condition - with minimum usage. (1-3 rolls usage)
Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by our return and exchange policy above.
