How can i get free delivery?

Accepted Answer

Simply purchase more than $100 to enjoy free delivery (PER LOCATION)!
Free delivery island wide in mainland Singapore except for Changi Airport, Checkpoints, MBS, RWS or Hotels in Town location.
 
If you can assist to meet and collect from drop off points, we will waive off transportation cost.

Question 2

When will i receive my order?

Our delivery timings are from Monday to Friday excluding Holidays and Eve of Major Holidays eg, Chinese New Year, New Year, and Christmas day.

For same day delivery, order has to be placed before 9am.  Order placed after 9am will be delivered the following working day.

Question 3

I need delivery to be on weekends or a public holiday, can you deliver?"

Accepted Answer

For urgent delivery which has to be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays, there will be an additional delivery surcharge of $20 per delivery location, however, do contact us to ensure we have an available delivery slot first.

What are the payment methods?

Accepted Answer

We highly recommend our customer to pay via PayNow or Paylah.  Alternatively, you can pay via bank transfer.
 
We accept COD as well.

Question 5

I have ordered wrongly (Different size/type).  Can i do a swap/exchange?

Accepted Answer

Customers are encourage to chat with us via whatsapp to ensure the correct item to be delivered.  If unsure, please send use photo of your device together with the brand and model.  Alternatively, you can make your own measurement of your existing roll.
 
Exchange is solely based on management approval.  Upon agreeing on exchange, the customer will have to top up the difference in price of the products as well as an extra transportation cost of $20.  Exchanges can only be done within 3 days from the day of delivery.

Question 6

I have more than one shop location, can you supply to all?"

Accepted Answer

Yes, we definitely can.
 
However, each shop location order value should be more than $90 or an additional delivery charge will apply for each additional location.

I need your Thermal Paper Roll every week/month, can you supply?"

Accepted Answer

Yes! We can!
 
On top of that, we will provide an additional $5 discount for your weekly or monthly purchases (Min. order of $50 applies)!

Is your Thermal Paper Rolls quality good?

Our Thermal Paper Rolls prints in black with clear and crisp quality.  All prints will last more than 3 years if kept in the right condition by avoiding direct heat and UV rays or high temperature.
 
The weight of our paper is 70 GSM.  Also, with our manufacture certified ISO9001, you can rest assure that you will be getting the highest qualty from us each and every time you order!
